We were a startup company in need of structure. All of our focus had been on the manufacturing of the product which was a long and stressful process. We did not have the funds to hire a large marketing company for the launch. Thankfully, Joan stepped in.

I recognised that I needed some assistance with several areas of my work, to take it from being a hobby to a real business.
Joan spent a number of hours with me analysing my current position in the marketing space and drew up a comprehensive plan and detailed way forward.
