A third culture kid with passion for great food and business

I got my entrepreneurship bug from my dad. After my first job in the Caribbean working at a luxury resort serving celebrities, I realized I didn't belong anywhere on a corporate ladder. Fate brought me to my family business, a premium butchery in the UAE's capital, Abu Dhabi, where I found my knack for helping small and medium business owners figure out how to organize their brains so they could live a better balanced life. I helped them defog their monkey minds and it brings me much joy to see how they thrive when they know where they are going, but most importantly, why.

I worked my way up from Culinary Business Manager taking the lead in integrating our marketing communications and setting up our online brand presence as well as e-commerce. This helped us prepare for Covid-19 and enabled us to open a second branch in Cebu, Philippines. Before I moved to the UK, I published a handbook/cookbook/memoir to collate everything I learned in the family business called Steak Simplified, published by UK-based Meze Publishing.
